That isn't always a good idea - Updating the online copy as part of the 
release cycle means that the documentation matches the latest available 
release.  Updating the tutorial in sync with CVS could mean that the 
documentation would include changes made for as yet unreleased code.

As long as we avoid unreleased changes, we can of course improve the 
documentation and update the online copy in between release cycles.
