[BioPython] Do you mean Numpy or Numeric?

I am in strong favor of migrating from numeric to numpy, especially  
since matplotlib is moving in that direction.  It is extremely  
frustrating to try to use numpy in code that you write that also uses  
modules built off of numeric - certainly unmanageable for a new user  
who might not know the convoluted history of these packages.  Any  
word on whether/how Travis Oliphant can help with this migration?
