This is great -- thanks much! I added the pdf to the documentation
section of the web page. I really appreciate the work you put into
it; makes me almost wish I worked on structural stuff.

I believe SCOP code is due to the hard work of both Jeff and Gavin
Crooks, and the FSSP code is credited to Iddo. I'm sure no one would
mind if you helped them with documentation :-).
