Hi all, I have a slight problem. I canot figure out the say to blast a given set of sequences only gainst a particular genome only. I have a set of files that i need to blast agains the human genome only and against the mouse genome only. Is there a way to do this? regards Sameet -- National Centre for Cell Science, Pune
