[BioPython] parsing error in Bio.Sequencing.Ace

Hi Hyung-Yong and Frank;
Thanks for handling the Ace parser questions -- glad the ol' parser
is still cooking along for everyone.

Fixed in CVS.

I'm not sure -- I guess it must have been left out accidentally.
Either way, I just added it back into CVS, so it should be there for
the next release.
