[Biopython] downloading Genbank files continued

Thanks very much to Jeff, Peter and Cymon for the help!  

Jeff your suggestion of adding (database="nucleotide") to the ncbi_dict
did solve the problem of the "unexpectedly got back HTML-formatted data"
error message.  

Cymon I will check into the EUtils and I did have the parser failing so
I'm glad to know that an updated GenBank module will fix that.
