[BioPython] PSI-BLAST parsing & processing code snippets, please?

Hi all,

If anyone has written any cool PSI-BLAST parsing/processing code and
does not mind having them displayed in a talk, I would very much like to
have it. The talk will be in the O'Reilly BioCon2003, and of course
credit shall be given where credit is due.
