Hey Scott,

  I'm at ISMB and no time to answer questions deeply.

  Looks like you have an older version of mxTextTools, which
is compiled for 1.5.2.  2.x changed the C API, which is the
warning.  Also, the newer version of mxTextTools puts things
under the module 'mx' rather than at the top-level.

  So get the latest version of mxTextTools, as appropriate for
your install of Python, and it should work.
