[BioPython] Naming BoF at BOSC'01

Status of the Naming BoF at BOSC:

I've updated the Wiki to include everyone's comments from my
first go around last month, and added more pointers to
related works.

I expect it to be a low traffic list in general, although
with some higher traffic because of getting things done
before BOSC.
