[BioPython] another code snippet

I just added transaction.py, which pickles a trace of a call to the =
translate/transcribe modules.  I need to add a line wrap for sequences =
longer than one line.

Hopefully, I can start piecing the snippets together.

transaction.py is at ftp/katel/bioython/Bio.
