[BioPython] CVS tree created. Working on anonymous access ...

CVS is pretty much worked out.  I have been working from it for the past
few weeks.

We don't have anonymous read-only access yet.  I suspect it's doable,
since it's already set up for bioperl.org and biojava.org.  I'll send an
email to Chris D. to see how it's coming.

Do you have some code you want to contribute?  ;)
