Related Projects is a list of other projects that may be useful for for
what biopython does. Script Central contains links to scripts that are
more closely related to biopython.
But yes, there is a gray area in between there.
Currently, the web site has been taken directly from bioperl, and we've
only modified the content. The site does show some signs of age, and some
things may need to be changed. Some examples:
- the "Participants" and "Developers" links seem to be redundant,
but they're not. Maybe "Developers" needs to be renamed?
- not sure why "design philosophy" and "project(s) overview"
are on the same page
- not sure why some links are on the sidebar, while others aren't
- not sure about the organization of the page
e.g. why does "Participants" come before "Getting Started"?
Since neither Andrew nor I profess to have any expertise in web site
design, we have been hoping that someone good at that sort of thing may
want to help. Any takers? :)
