By default when one uses the graph track the axis is placed automatically in the middle of the track (which is given by the mean of the all values which are plotted).

It would be great if the x-axis of the graph track could be placed at the bottom of the track also and the plotting of the values could be done accordingly. This would allow one to plot for example the short-read coverage in next-gen sequencing data.
