[Biopython-dev] Ideas for Biopython 2.0

Hello,

My thoughts for Biopython 2.0 is to add enhancement proposals, similar to
PEPs <https://www.python.org/dev/peps/> done by Python Software Foundation.

The enhancement proposals can help in steering the development of Biopython
in a proper manner and can also help in administrative discussions.

I would be open to any suggestions on this.
