[Biopython-dev] Should we recommend "pip install biopython"?

A few notes:

1. pip is a default with 3, but optional with 2

2. easy_install should definitely go, see

3. Some note should be made that whatever default for an existing
installation, that is probably the best approach. I am thinking here of
conda install biopython
for example
