[Biopython-dev] Docker

Hi,

With Tao Zhang and precious help from Björn, we have completely changed
the Docker functionality.

We now have a few images on docker hub:
https://hub.docker.com/u/biopython/

These images are:
1. basic one without databases
2. with databases
3. With a ipython notebook
4. With a notebook with my tutorial conversion to ipynb (incomplete as
of now...


The code, as usual is on github:
https://github.com/biopython/biopython_docker

I expect, given the size and scope of the changes, that there are some
hickups.

Comments most appreciated.
