[Biopython-dev] Bio.Phylo JSON phylogenetic trees PR

Dear all,

After an initial discussion on the usefulness of a JSON import/export
for Bio.Phylo (phylogenetic trees), I made a PR that describes the idea
and implements it as a first draft:

Please anybody interested comment on the mailing list or, for specific
code suggestions, on the PR.
