[Biopython-dev] All Tutorial docs converted to notebook files (kinda)

I wrote a script that converted the Tutorial documents to notebook files.

The conversion has a few bugs, I have not copied any data files, need to
add the index and link the notebooks, I have not looked at all of them yet,
some may be garbage.

Thoughts?
