I can release this week (tomorrow or Thu). ‎I suggest Thu so that
people can submit bug patches today and tomorrow.

Thus, proposal:

1. Release on Thrusday IF there are no buildbot problems on the night
before

2. Please, no commits after Wed, 4pm, GMT to avoid entropy
