Patch to Bio/SeqRecord.py and Bio/SeqFeature.py

I've checked in the SeqRecord __len__ and __nonzero__ methods with CVS
Bio/SeqRecord.py revision 1.17

The earlier __getitem__ and __iter__ patch has been updated accordingly.
