Can you give a real-life example on how you would use this code? Maybe that
would give us some hint on what the best place for this code is. I agree that
GCG_checksum and SEGUID should be together with cdc64, but I am not sure if a
separate Bio/crc.py module containing these three functions is ideal. It may
also be a good idea to rename GCG_checksum to gcg for consistency with cdc64
and seguid.
