That document is an old version of the Biopython tutorial, the latest 
version is here and that line has been fixed:
http://biopython.org/DIST/docs/tutorial/Tutorial.html

I presume the page you found belongs to Brad Chapman - one of the core 
contributors to Biopython some years back.
