[Biopython-dev] MEME parser announcement

Hi All,

I've written and submitted a basic parser for both MEME and MAST 
formats. The internal documentation is bare at the moment, though only 
a couple of internal functions do anything out of the ordinary. For 
most uses, the examples in the documentation should suffice. Both MEME 
and MAST parsers only work on text output, though HTML output parsing 
is in the long-term plans.

The parsers are available in the current biopython CVS.
