[Biopython-dev] MEME parser

Hi all,

I have written a simple parser for both meme and mast text output. I am 
currently finishing up test cases and documenting my source, and I 
would like to submit the finished code to biopython. I've already read 
the Contributing to... on the website, but would like some more info as 
to how to submit my code.
