[Biopython-dev] SVDSuperimposer

Hey guys,

Added Bio.Tools.SVDSuperimposer 

This module allows you to do a least-squares superposition of two coordinate 
sets. (It uses a singular value decomposition approach, hence 
SVDSuperimposer). Also added the corresponding test.

You can use this e.g. to superimpose two crystal structures (if you
have a set of equivalent atoms).
