[Biopython-announce] Biopython 1.81 wheels for Python 3.12 now on PyPI

For those of you already trying out Python 3.12, we now have wheels for the
latest release:

And yes, Biopython 1.82 is overdue. That will also work on Python 3.12
(but we have dropped support for Python 3.7).
