[Bioperl-l] Clustalw and TCoffee out of bioperl-run and into their own distributions

Hi everyone

The Clustalw and TCoffee modules, formerly part of the bioperl-run
distribution, are now on their own distribution.  They include the
application wrapper and the installer.

As it happens, they are still dependent on bioperl-run because of
their dependency on WrapperBase and ApplicationFactoryI.  This should
be fixed soon when there's a separate distribution for interafaces.
