[Bioperl-l] Converting pdb files to dssp file

Vandana,

Bio::Structure::IO::pdb reads and writes PDB format, but Bio::Structure::SecStr::DSSP::Res only reads *dssp files.

I don’t think this conversion is possible with BioPerl.
