[Bioperl-l] Build install

Dear Bioperl,

I made it to the step ./Build install, but then I received this error:

ERROR: Can't create '/Library/Perl/5.12/Bio'
mkdir /Library/Perl/5.12/Bio: Permission denied at
/System/Library/Perl/5.12/ExtUtils/Install.pm line 494

Do you know what the problem is?
