[Bioperl-l] bioperl installation on windows

Hello,

I tried to install Bioperl in my windows PC(vista) using CPAN
I followed the instructions of the "
http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/Installing_Bioperl_on_Windows"
At the 11 step I have a problem

When I typed "perl Build.PL"  I took a message that "Unknown shell command
'perl'. Type ? for help.
".

cpan> perl Build.PL
Unknown shell command 'perl'. Type ? for help.
How can I solve this problem?

Any help is very much appreciated.
