[Bioperl-l] minicpan (CPAN::Mini) doesn't mirror BioPerl-1.6.1

I've tried a couple of them, a couple of times.  Wouldn't surprise me
if it's something on my end.  I'll peek under the minicpan kilt over
the weekend and see if I can see what's going on.
