[Bioperl-l] Installing BioPerl on New mac 10.6.4

Matt,
I just installed on OSX 10.6.3. Definitely use sudo to perform the install.
I actually used the PPM install. I used this command to start PPM: sudo
perl -MCPAN -e shell
http://www.bioperl.org/wiki/Installing_Bioperl_for_Unix#INSTALLING_BIOPERL_THE_EASY_WAY_USING_CPAN
