[Bioperl-l] [Gmod-schema] bp_genbank2gff3.pl in bioperl-live: why map CDS to gene_component_region?

Hi,
Nathan's been in touch to ask exactly what the command-line was that I was
using, and this was missing from the thread so, for info:
bp_genbank2gff3.pl --noCDS NC_000913.gbk
And
bp_genbank2gff3.pl --CDS NC_000913.gbk
With occasional absolute paths to the input sequence.
