[Bioperl-l] problems with a few packages

When I looked at this a couple of months ago, as far as I could tell Ewan had marked them as deprecated, and they're now part of BackPAN instead of the main CPAN.

What I didn't do was ask the CPAN admins why these deprecated releases still show up (and preferentially) in users' CPAN queries. So perhaps that's what we should do next. (and by we I mean me unless you or someone else is motivated at the moment)
