[Bioperl-l] extract protein sequence

Try using:
use Bio::DB::GenBank;
use Bio::AnnotatableI;
And something like:
my $prot_obj = $gb->get_Seq_by_acc( $prot_id );
$out->write_seq( $prot_obj );
It could be useful.
