[Bioperl-l] Problems loading BioPerl a

Hello,

I am receiving the following message on my MacOSX system after I run
"./Build install"

ERROR: Can't create '/usr/local/bin'
Do not have write permissions on '/usr/local/bin'

Any suggestions?
