Hi Jonas,
You can't just play with the BLAST parameters and hope for a "better" result.
I'd suggest that if you aren't sure what they do, you should leave them alone as small changes can make huge differences in the output - it's quite possible to miss finding what you're looking for by using the wrong parameters.
