Looks like you've given one of the CPAN options (when you first ran CPAN 
it asked a bunch of questions) a dodgy value: 'dual processor system'. 
The easiest thing to do would be to delete your .cpan directory and 
start over, making sure to answer all the questions carefully and correctly.
