[Bioperl-l] Bio::SeqIO fastq

It works fine for me as well.

My Bioperl version is:

djodja at djodja-desktop:~$ perl -MBio::Perl -le 'print Bio::Perl->VERSION;' 

1.005002102

djodja at djodja-desktop:~$

Maybe that is the problem.
