[Bioperl-l] a query on Obtaining UniProt sequences

I would update to BioPerl 1.5.2.  v.1.4 is 3 yrs old and there have  
been tons of changes both for sequence retrieval and parsers.

We can't predict when a new 'stable' release will be available but  
1.5.2 works well for most purposes.
