[Bioperl-l] Problem in BioPerl Installation

You can always rebuild your CPAN configuration by deleting the existing
.cpan/ directory in root's $HOME dir (quick & dirty trick), then invoke
CPAN again from root's shell to rebuild the config:
# perl -MCPAN -e shell
