[Bioperl-l] Two BioPerl-1.5.2-RC3 installation issues

That should get resolved in RC4.

Yes it is. You'll have to force install one of them. Again, it should 
get resolved in RC4 (Bio::ASN1::EntrezGene won't be a requirement).
