[Bioperl-l] TFBS databases, Bio::Matrix::PSM suitable?

Hilmar,

No, unfortunately no TRANSFAC or similar matrices.  But there are a few
other similar resources out there that may provide matrices:

This one allows you to create a matrix from input sequences:
