[Bioperl-l] Bad bug in Bio::DB::GFF

Hi Folks,

It looks like I broke Bio::DB::GFF's handling of gff3 format files just prior 
to the release. The new version is in bioperl-live. The files to update are:

	Bio/DB/GFF.pm
	Bio/DB/GFF/Adaptor/memory.pm
