[Bioperl-l] dependency XML::DOM::XPath

The SeqIO::interpro parser requires this as a dependency but it's not 
listed in the Makefile.PL.

Should it be added? Is the SeqIO::interpro parser 'in production' or 
still undergoing major changes? Is anybody using it?
