Basically get bioperl-run from http://bioperl.org/DIST. Install this
like you would any other perl module.
I'm not sure how to do it with PPM since no one has made a bioperl-run
PPM - you'd have to roll your own PPM which isn't that hard.
Perhaps other ActiveState perl users could help out.
