[Bioperl-l] Cannot connect to local ODBA

I thought that support was maintained at the Singapore hackathon, but 
it may have been wishful thinking.

So maybe I need to take a look at some point on how to support the 
biosql protocol in obda. Of course, everybody willing to take a shot at 
this would be greatly welcome. (And no, you can't just resuscitate the 
former BiodatabaseAdaptor.)
