[Bioperl-l] can't find Clustalw.pm

Hi,

This is probably something stupid I'm doing, but I can't figure it out.
I've just installed Bioperl v1.4, and am trying to use the Clustalw
module. However, when I ran the program, I get the error "Can't locate
Bio/Tools/Run/Alignment/Clustalw.pm in @INC"....and I checked the
directories, Clustalw.pm is not there...does anyone know what's going
on?

I find the module in clustalw.pm in Bio/AlignIO, but this is probably
something different?
