Hi all,
I'm trying to extract all exon boundaries from a genbank file. The
relevant feature of the file looks like this:
mRNA complement(join(1..238,718..763,1552..1677,1925..2004))
Using $feat->start and $feat->end, I can get the numbers 1 and 2004, but
I can't seem to get hold of the other exon/intron boundaries? Can anyone
tell me how to get to these numbers?
Thanks,
Jan Aerts
