[Bioperl-l] Problems retrieving sequences with Bio::DB::Query::GenBank

I suspect one of the IDs is bad and GenBank is giving back an error 
message that Bioperl is not skipping/querying.


If you look at the next ID after the last successful ID and query it by 
hand is it really there?



IF this is the case, then it is definitely a bioperl bug- it should do
something more elegant than this...
